Episode 72

So, Thabi is a bit of a bitch. She’s really trying to show me who Ona’s wife is and she’s making sure that Ona treats me like a dirty secret. What disappoints me the most is that Ona is letting her make him do this. I’m extremely annoyed and I’m actually at a point where I’m thinking that perhaps I should just be single for a while and enjoy my life as it is. Imagine being played by a child? I’m a good four years older than Ona and he is doing me like this because of a girl who is younger than both of us?

My sons and I are going away for the weekend. It is a long weekend and with them being in a new school and all, we need the air. Plus, I’m going to meet up with some clients in Tau yaMoletsane. Tholoana Kingdom is a nice country and my boys and I promised each other that every long weekend and midterm break, we go visit a different province.

Khanya and Khosini are bringing down their bags down the stairs when Lulu walks in with Tholoana. He is coming with us. This is the first time that we are all going together without Ona. I hope it is a good trip.
“Hey guys.” I greet them.
“Hey”, Lulu says as she hugs me.
“Hey sis’Lulu”, Khanya and Khosini greet her, giving her hugs.
Khanya takes Tholoana from Lulu. Tholoana warms up to his brothers
“Here is his bag”, Lulu hands me a bag.
“Thank you.” I say.
She nods her head.
“Have fun and we will see you when we get back”, she says.
I smile at her.
“Bye papa. I love you.” Lulu says to Tholoana.
“I love you mommy”, Tholoana says and my heart just sinks. Lulu sees it. Khanya sees it too.
Lulu leaves.

Ona bought me a BMW X6 – a stunning red one. That’s the vehicle that we will be using to go on our weekend away. He and Thabi are in Paris on a honeymoon apparently. He was supposed to come with us, but Thabi snapped her fingers. So, it’s just my boys and I this weekend.
I strap Tholoana in the backseat in his car seat. Khosini sits at the back with him. Khanya is sitting with me in the front seat.

We take off and the drive is nice. All my boys are in the same school. Tholoana is at the preparatory school. Khosini is in grade five. Khanya is in grade seven. He is preparing to go to high school soon and he is extremely excited. I’m also happy that Tholoana has a relationship with Khosini and Khanya. I am thinking about taking him full time. I just don’t know how to start the conversation with Ona, nevermind Oluremi. Thabi couldn’t care less. If I could win with Oluremi, she would do the rest of the work with Ona for me. But if I win with Ona but lose with Oluremi, she would convince Ona otherwise and I’d still not have my child. I really don’t know how to play this one. But what I do know is that I want this – all the time… just my boys and I all the time.

These kids are talking non-stop. But their stories are funny. I engage them every now and then. Khanya even starts taking videos of us and pictures. He must send these. I love them. I must actually organise a photoshoot with them and I can have a shoot with my three boys. That would make a stunning portrait for our home.
“Mama, I’m tagging you on my post neh.” Khanya says.
“Okay. But you don’t even allow me to follow you, but you follow me?” Me.
“Hai mama. You are not going to follow me.” He says.
We all laugh.

Two hours into our drive, we decide to stop at a very cute shopping centre and we will eat dinner there. I hold Tholoana by hand as we walk to the restaurant. Khanya and Khosini are right next to me. This is nice. Very nice.
As soon as we settle at a restaurant called Reahile – I know the franchise of Reahile restaurants are all owned by Kea – I get a FaceTime call from Ona.
“Hey”, I greet him.
“Hey. How are you?”
“We good. How are you?”
“I’m okay. I just saw Khanya’s post. I guess you guys are having a great time?”
“We are. We’ve just stopped for dinner. But we will keep you updated with pictures and videos. We wish you were here.” I say deliberately. Let me make Thabi shake a bit.
“I’ll join you guys on the next trip.” He says.
“It’s not just them that miss you. I miss you too. I feel neglected.”
“Oh yeah?”
“Yeah! Clearly, siyakuhlula isithembu.” I say.
He laughs aloud then says, “Don’t say that. I’m trying my best to make both my women happy.”
“And how do you think that’s going for you?” I ask him.
“Are you not happy?”
“No, I’m not. The only person who got the happy part of the stick here is Thabi. None of the decisions that you’ve made have benefitted me in any way and you know it.”
He is quiet. I guess Thabi is there.
“It’s fine, Ona. We will talk when you get back… if I can get five minutes of your time that is.”
“Don’t be like that.” He says.
“I’m spending time with my kids. Bye, Ona.”
I say then hang up.

We spend about an hour just eating and chatting here. Tholoana seems free and relaxed. He is happy. I’m glad he’s happy. I’m happy that he’s here and that he is happy.
It’s time to go, so I settle the bill and we head to the car.
I get a call from an unknown number.
“Thandeka, hello?” I answer my phone as I make sure that my boys are safely and properly strapped into the car.
“Mam’Buthelezi”, I hear the guy say.
It’s Nathi.
I take a deep breath.
“Please don’t hang up.” He says.
“What do you want, Nathi?”
“I’m still in prison. Your baby-daddy has made sure that I don’t get a comfortable life here.”
“What do you want?”
“Thandeka, please drop the charges.”
“Why would I do that?”
“I’ll go back to South Africa and leave you alone. I promise.”
“I don’t believe you. I don’t trust you.”
“Thandeka, they are going to kill me here.”
“Good. Now you know how I’ve always felt about you every time you put your hands on me.”
He is quiet.
“Thandeka, can I at least get a single cell? Please?”
“I’m not going to help you, Nkosinathi.”
“I’m the father of your children. Surely, that counts for something.”
“It used to count for everything. But now, it counts for nothing.”
I hang up.
I won’t lie. I do feel bad though.

We arrive at our chalet at about 9pm. The boys help me bring the bags into the house. Khanya and Khosini have their own rooms here. I will be sleeping with Tholoana.
When we are done unpacking, the boys already want to go to the games area. They promise me that they will look after each other and keep their cellphones on. I decide that this will be a brilliant opportunity for me to catch up with work. So, I let them go.

I settle in the TV room, play some random movie on some random channel here then I start up my laptop. With all these emails that I have to get through and things I have to approve and query, I have quite the evening ahead of me. I use one of these complimentary teabags and sugar and make myself a hot beverage.
I’m working quite hard, but I’m also thinking hard about Nkosinathi. I don’t want the father of my children to just die. Khanya and Khosini have finally adjusted to life outside of living with both parents. I don’t want them to have to deal with their father passing away – especially when they are still wrapping their heads around the fact that he has hurt and disappointed them so much.
So, I take a break from all of this work that I am doing and I decide to give Ona a call. I know he’s with Thabi, but-
Actually, fuck Thabi! I’m calling Ona.
He answers after a few rings…
“Hello?” Ona.
“Hey. Listen, I need to ask you something.”
“I’m in the middle of something right now, Thandeka. Can’t this wait?”
“No, it can’t wait.”
He takes a deep breath as if I’m annoying him. Then he says, “What is it?”
“Please make sure that Nathi is safe.”
“You said that this is something that cannot wait. You pull me out of something that is urgent so that you can talk to me about that little shit?”
He is very annoyed.
“He is the father of –
“Listen here, Thandeka, I don’t have time for this. I’m in the middle of something very important and I do not have the capacity to listen to you or help you justify protecting your abusive ex-husband just because he’s the father of your children. At this point, if you want to help him be safe or whatever the fuck you want me to do, drop the charges yourself and deal with the consequences. Next time he comes for you, you don’t ever dial me again. Just make sure that you return my son because if that little shit of yours puts his hands on my son because you think it’s cute to keep letting him back into your life, I will kill you.”
Then he hangs up.
What the hell is wrong with this guy?
I dial him again, this time he doesn’t answer. He just lets it ring.
I put my phone aside.
I try to put my focus back on my work.

I’m done with work at about 11pm and my kids are not back. I decide to walk to the games centre to fetch them. While I do that, I dial the prosecutor who is handling my case against Nathi. I don’t reach her, but I do tell her assistant that I’d like her to call me back because I do want to talk about possibly dropping the charges against Nkosinathi Ntobeko Buthelezi. The assistant tells me that the prosecutor will call me back as soon as possible.

I get to the games centre and these kids are still playing.
“Khanya. Khosini. Tholoana. No guys, it’s late. Come on, let’s go.” I say.
They all complain. Even Tholoana.
“Now! Hai bo!” I say.
Now that they are moving, I notice that Khanya was chatting up some girl. Khosini and Tholoana were genuinely playing. These kids though. Aowa!

We get to the chalet and I tell them to bath and get ready for bed.
“I want to go home”, Tholoana says.
I know exactly what he means, but I’m not ready to admit it.
“But Tholoana, we are on holiday.” I say.
“I want to go home. I want Mohale and mommy! I want to go home!” He is shouting now.
“Tholoana, stop this! We are going to sleep now. We are on holiday and we are going to be here until the holiday is over.” I firmly say.
“I WANT MY MOMMY! I WANT TO GO HOME NOW!!!” He screams and has an entire episode. I actually just breakdown and cry myself. I’m his mother. Me. Not Oluremi. How does he cry for her like this when I am right here?
I watch him throw his tantrum and I cry too. Khanya and Khosini try with him, trying to convince him that he will go back home the next day. He’s not hearing any of it. He wants what he wants and he wants it now. I don’t have it in me to phone Oluremi and tell her that Tholoana is crying for her. I don’t want to tell another woman that my child is crying for her while he is with me. I don’t know what to do. I really don’t.
Then a loud bang on the door startles us. Even Tholoana.
“Thandeka”, I hear Lulu say.
“Mommy!” Tholoana says as he runs to the door.
I’m so hurt. I’m not recovering from this any time soon.
Khosini opens the door and Lulu walks in with Khotso.
“Is everything okay?” Lulu asks me.
“What are you doing here?” I ask her.
“We are here to collect Tholoana. You’ve released Nathi from prison, haven’t you?” Khotso barks back.
Tholoana is already on Lulu’s hip.
“Put my child down, Oluremi.” I say.
“This is Ona’s child and we are here to fetch him. You can fight with Ona about this. But clearly, you need your space to be a happy family with your husband and kids.” Khotso says.
“I said put my child down!” I yell.
“Go to the car, baby.” Khotso says.
“This is my child. Mine! Put my child down before I lose my mind”, I say.
I charge towards Oluremi as she leaves with my child and Khotso pins me against a wall. He looks at me as if I will not make it past tonight. Khanya and Khosini are scared too.
Khotso lets me go.
He fixes himself up then leaves the chalet.
The SCREAM that I RELEASE is unmatched.

I try to phone Ona, but now he has blocked me.
“Mom, what’s going on?” Khanya asks me.
“I dropped the charges against your dad.” I say.
“Why?” Khosini.
“They were going to kill him inside. Do you want your dad to die?” I say.
“So he can fight you and overpower you, but he can’t fight people his own size and gender and at least compete?” Khanya.
I look at him.
“So why is Tholoana leaving?” Khosini asks me.
“His dad is a bully! He thinks Nathi will harm Tholoana.” I say.
They are both quiet.
I release another SCREAM!

My phone rings. It’s Nkosinathi. I just look at my phone ring. Khanya and Khosini look at my phone too.
“You do know that you’ve opened a door you won’t be able to close any time soon, right?” Khanya says.
“Does this mean we have to leave our school? Will Tholoana’s dad still pay for our school? I like our school”, Khosini.
My life is such a mess. It really is a mess.
“I just need a moment, please.” I say.
I leave to close myself up in my bedroom – the bedroom I was supposed to sleep in with Tholoana. His little bag is still here. I just look at his things and hold onto my stomach. I’m his mother, damn it! I am his mother!
I just cry my lungs out.

I’m waking up in the morning feeling emotionally drained. But, I have to make the most of this holiday for my two boys.
I shower and dress up in a maxi dress and sandals.
I get into the kitchen and I see Nathi chatting to Khosini and Khanya.
Can a girl just get a damn break?!
“Hey”, Nathi greets me.
“Hello.” I say.
“Mom, dad phoned me. I gave him our location. You did forgive him, right?” Khanya says.
I just nod my head.
“Unjani?” Nathi asks me.
I look at him. What is he even doing here?
“The boys told me what happened last night. I’m sorry.” Nathi says.
“Why are you here, Nkosinathi?” I ask him.
“I wanted to say thank you for dropping the charges and I wanted to apologise for everything that I did. I also apologized to the boys. I had to.” He says.
“Now that you’ve got all of that off your chest, can you go?” I say
“I thought maybe we could do the game drive together? I organised breakfast in bushes for us? Just our family. I know we are divorced, but we are still family. Right?” He says.
I’m silent.
The boys beg me to let their dad stay. Whatever.

The game drive is actually nice. Khanya and Khosini love their father. They really do. I don’t want to come between this. I just wish that I didn’t have to be part of it. I also need to reach Ona and he needs to give me my child back.
I try to call Ona. I’m still blocked.
I text Lulu. I just have to.
“I don’t appreciate what happened last night.”
She reads the text, but she doesn’t reply.
“???” I text again. I am expecting a response.
She reads the text message, but she doesn’t reply.
I’m actually frustrated now.
I text, “I don’t appreciate what has happened. Tholoana is my child. The Mohales will not take my son from me nor keep him away from me. I will be in contact with a lawyer. I want my child back with immediate effect.”
Again, she just reads the message and does not reply.
Should I try Thabi?
No.
I try Kea instead.
I dial her number. I’m blocked. What the hell?!
Now I’m really on edge.

The family breakfast in the bush is just nice. The boys are laughing with their dad and their dad seems nice. Light. The Nathi we wish to know before he becomes the Nathi we all really know. I just eat, but not participate in the conversations. I’m stressed about the situation with Tholoana.
I get a call from Thabi. This is unexpected. But I’m desperate to talk to someone.
“Hi Thabi”, I say and step away from the table so I can have some privacy.
“Thandeka, you are doing well at pissing everyone off. What your plans are, I wonder.” She says.
“Thabi, I want my child. Give me my child and you will never hear from me again.” I say.
“While that really is music to my ears, we both know it’s not happening. And the way that you are operating and moving is beginning to piss me off because it’s beginning to threaten the hardwork that Teboho and I are doing. You being a brand and PR person yourself, I know you understand why you are beginning to be a problem. And you know the Mohales, they solve problems for a living.” She says.
“Thabi –
“Thandeka, we gave you a house. We gave you a car. We are looking after your kids from and education perspective – even the non-Mohale ones. We give you access to Tholoana. We do a lot for a royal mistress that we don’t owe anything. Why are you so pressed to piss us off like this?”
“I want my child, Thabi.”
“You not getting him.”
“Then you leave me no choice. I’ll speak to an attorney.”
“And you leave us with no choice. Enjoy your last few minutes with your kids.”
“Thabi!”
“Yes?”
“You going to let them kill me? Thabi, please. I have children.”
“We have an entire kingdom, but you don’t see us making it your problem.”
“Thabi –
“48 hours, Thandeka. You have 48 hours. Leave Tholoana Kingdom. Go away. I don’t care where you go. Just go. You’ll get five million rands to start up wherever you are going. That five million will come from the house and car you have in Tholoana Kingdom that we are officially selling. We will leave you alone. You will never see Tholoana again… unless he becomes something important and people write about him. If you ever become so much as a thorn in our lives, we will start with your sons and murder them as you watch. Then you will follow them to heaven or hell, depending on the God you serve. Don’t ask me what will happen in 48 hours if you are not out of here or if you even think about this conversation with anyone else. Your baby daddy is out. Take your family and get the fuck out of our lives.”
The line goes dead.

I suddenly cannot breathe.

It is evening now and Nkosinathi is braaing with the boys on the patio of our chalet. I’m so nervous, I cannot even think.
“Nathi”, I call him.
He looks at me. He’s surprised because I’ve been giving him the silent treatment all afternoon.
“Kancane nje”, I say.
He tells Khanya and Khosini to watch the meat then he walks into the TV room where I’m pacing about.
He looks at me.
“We need to pack our things and go. I have 48 hours to leave this kingdom or the Mohales will kill Khanya and Khosini.” I say.
“What?!”
“They took Tholoana from me because I dropped the charges against you. I told them I’d fight them legally for my son and now they are threatening the lives of our sons. We have to cut this holiday short and go back to South Africa.” I say.
He stares at me for a long time, then he says, “What did you get us into, Thandeka?”
“Nathi, we have to go. We don’t have time for this.” I say.
I head to the room and start packing my things. I hear Nathi telling the boys to pack their things and that we have to go. They try to fight him, but he’s quite firm and they listen.

Finally, we pack Nathi’s car with our things. Mine is about to be confiscated so we cannot even hop into it and drive in it. I sit at the back with Khosini and Khanya sits in the front with Nkosinathi. Nathi seems disappointed by this. He will live.
We drive out.

We finally get to our house after five hours of driving. Nathi was driving quite fast. The plan is to pack and leave. I walk into the kitchen and Ona is sitting in my kitchen. Thabi is standing next to a stove opposite the table that he is sitting at. I freeze and look at both of them. Nathi and the boys walk in and push me in. Thabi and Ona look at them – especially Nathi.
Everyone doesn’t know what to do.
“You wanted five minutes”, Ona says as he looks at me.
“Nathi, please go help the boys pack upstairs so we can leave when I’m done speaking to ubaba kaTholoana.” I tell Nathi.
“Thandeka –
Ona pulls out a gun and puts it on the table. Nathi shuts up immediately then leads the boys upstairs.
Now it’s just us.
“I can’t let Tholoana go. I can’t just live without him.” I say.
“What do you want me to do?” Ona.
“Please give me access. Let him visit. I’ll also come and visit. Ona, not so long ago, you moved me up here because you wanted us to raise him together. What changed?”
“You changed. You’ve always known that Thabi was going to be my wife. I’ve never kept that from you. That lunatic you married is also from a royal house, so I know that you are not being exposed to royal marriages for the first time. Now, you struggle to respect my wife and that alone makes you behave this way?”
“Ona, I thought that you and I-
“You and I what?! What, Thandeka?! You thought you are special? You thought you are worth me going against how it has always been? My family doesn’t even want you being a royal mistress because you come with baggage! Baggage that you clearly struggle to let go of. What the fuck is Nathi doing here?! Was he not panel beating you like a dog a few weeks ago?”
I’m silent.
“Thandeka, I’m not playing this game with you. Tholoana is not going to be around this toxic shit. Be with Nathi and put your family together again – I don’t give a shit. But you do it out of my kingdom and you do it away from my son. I don’t believe in fucking kids up and you clearly have a PhD in it.”
“Ona, please –
“Baby, is the five minutes up?” He asks Thabi.
Why is he doing this?
Thabi walks towards us. She puts her arm around Ona’s waist and they kiss. Then she looks at me and says, “I don’t mind that you want to be Tholoana’s mother. In fact, I’d rather have you be his royal mistress because you have some respect in you than what some of these uncouth sluts would have around here. But I am disappointed that you never seem to be able to cut off the one thing that always brings you down – that ex-husband baby-daddy of yours. You’ve made your decision, Thandeka. You keep choosing him and you’ll clearly never stop choosing him. So, we can’t choose you for as long as you choose him. You have 24 hours to be out of here.” Thabi says to me.
A tear escapes my eye.
I brush Ona’s face and I try to appeal to the bit of love that he feels for me. I know it’s still there. It can’t all be gone.
“Baby, it’s me. Tholoana’s mother. We are more than this. Please.” I say.
Thabi is getting pissed off now.
I bring my face towards Ona’s face, our foreheads meet and he starts holding my hand. I know I’m winning him back.
“Baby, please. You know I only dropped those charges for Khanya and Khosini. This is their father. Choosing you doesn’t mean they have to be hurt and grow up without their father. We can work this out. We can sit down like adults and work this out. Things don’t have to be like this, Ona. I’m not choosing Nathi over you and Tholoana. I just want Khanya and Khosini to have their father. If indeed they no longer want their father in their lives, then it has to be their decision. I can’t make that decision for them. You know very well that I’d do the same if it were you and Tholoana.”
“Why are you fighting with Oluremi? What’s that about?” He asks me. But he’s still calm. So, I can still win this.
“Tholoana…”
I start crying. My tears in relation to Tholoana always do the trick with Ona.
“Talk to me”, he says as he pulls me into a hug.
Now I’ve even forgot that Thabi is here.
“He cried for her, Ona. My son cried for her, screaming and throwing tantrums, telling me he wants his mother. It hurt me to the core. He doesn’t see me as his mother at all.”
I cry.
He soothes me.
“When she arrived to take him, he recognized her voice and sprinted to the door… for her… to her! Ona, my heart was ripped out of my body and –
“I still don’t understand why you are fighting with Oluremi.”
“I needed someone to shout at. I needed someone to blame for this. I know it’s all my fault, but I’m still hurting. I’ll apologise to her. Ona, I’m sorry. And this entire thing made me realise that I haven’t been a mother enough to and for Tholoana. That has to change. Please don’t make me cut him off. You might as well put a bullet in me right now and kill me because I will not survive without Tholoana.”
He hugs me. Our bodies swing as one from one side to another.

After a few minutes, we come out of our hug. I wipe my tears. He is now standing next to Thabi and Thabi seems upset. I need Thabi on my side because if both she and Oluremi hate me, they will convince Ona to end this. So, I’m happy to humble myself in all of this.
“Thabi – mam’khulu – I’m sorry. I don’t mean to bring disruption in your lives with my baggage and complications. I will respect you better and I’ll stay in my lane. I promise. I really am sorry.” I say.
She looks at me. Ona looks at her. He kisses her cheek.
“You good?” Ona asks her.
Thabi looks at Ona. Then she looks at me. The her eyes go to my staircase. My kids and Nathi are there.
“Thandeka, kwenzakalani?” Nathi.
“Here’s what’s going on… I told you to not set foot in my kingdom. Didn’t I?” Ona says to Nathi.
“My family is here.” Nathi says. There’s a hint of fear in his tone.
“You are not welcome here. And if you are not out of this kingdom within the next two hours, you’ll be dealt with the same way we deal with people who have been banished from here or are here illegally. We are not very kind to illegal immigrants in Tholoana Kingdom.” Ona says.
“I’m taking my sons with me.” Nathi.
“Nathi, school is here for them. They’ll come visit you during their school holidays.” I say.
“Thandeka –
“Nathi, you promised me you’d leave me alone if I dropped those charges. I dropped those charges because I wanted my kids to still have their father. If they don’t want a relationship with you anymore, it should be their choice. Not because you are dead or locked up. We were never going to fix things and get back together and I hate that you give these kids that false hope. You need to leave. When schools close, the boys and I will discuss whether or not they should come and visit you.”
Nathi is not okay.
“One hour fifty-five minutes, chief.” Ona.
Nathi drops the bags in his hands and makes his way out of my house. He doesn’t even say goodbye to his kids.
“Can we go unpack, mom?” Khosini.
I look at Thabi. It is her call to make after all. Ona looks at Thabi too.
She nods her head.
Both Khanya and Khosini sprint up the stairs in excitement.
“Thank you, Thabi.” I say.
“Bona mo, Thandeka. We are not friends. We may share Ona’s penis, but don’t mistaken me for someone who will not destroy you if you don’t know how to behave. Two weekends in a month. That’s what you get with Ona. Unless it’s those two weekends, I don’t even want to sniff you. You don’t show up at major gatherings. You don’t show up anywhere unannounced. You don’t show up at funerals. You support Ona behind closed doors. For now, you are a dirty little secret that no one has to know about. If you step out of your place one more time, I will submit to have this affair over and you will never EVER see my approval for you to be Ona’s second wife. Do you understand me? You will forfeit every benefit the royal house is giving you and all you will be is a mistress living in a shack somewhere and your children attending some no-fee school where they are fed by a fucken feeding scheme. Don’t you ever push me ever again. Do you hear me?”
I nod my head. I actually believe her. She is capable of making my life that catastrophic.
She now looks at Ona. She kisses him. He lands his hand on her waist.
“You can stay here with her.” She says to him.
“Really?” Ona. Even I’m shocked.
“Yeah. I’m sure she needs you after the drama that’s just happened. I’ll be working with Tebza and Lulu for the rest of the evening anyway. I’ll see you when you come home at the end of the weekend.” Thabi.
“Are you sure?” Ona.
Thabi nods her head and says, “Yeah. I’ll make sure Nathi has left the kingdom and I’ll confirm with you on text. Make sure you teach your royal mistress here how things are going to work moving forward. What I refuse to have is a royal mistress that doesn’t know how to behave. We will have problems if she doesn’t sort out her shit. And she needs to apologise for and to Lulu. What she did was unforgivable and she better pray Lulu is kind enough to forgive her.” Thabi.
Ona smiles at her.
What exactly is impressive about what she’s just said?
“You are fucken sexy, you know that?” Ona says to her. Now I’m really annoyed and jealous.
Thabi laughs and says, “Thank you for a memorable honeymoon. I love you.”
Ona kisses her and says, “I love you, mofomahadi waka.”
I just sit on a chair now. This is quite unsettling.
“Drive safely. Call me when you get to Lulu and Tebza.”
Thabi nods her head, takes one last look at me, then she leaves my house.
